Introduction: Fox Automotive Group, ABC, Channel 7 of Detroit, Inc. dba WXYZ-TV ("Sponsors") are offering a 2-year lease on an automobile.

Eligibility: Entrant must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the State of Michigan. Winner must be able to present valid Drivers License, valid picture ID, voter’s registration card or birth certificate and social security card. Employees of Sponsor(s), their parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible to participate.

Timing: Contest begins at 5:00:00am. E.T. on Monday, November 20th and runs through 5:00:00pm on Sunday, December 3, 2006.

How to Enter: Entries can only be obtained and completed at each of the three (3) participating Fox Automotive Group dealerships, all located on Rochester Rd., in Rochester Hills Michigan, just north of Avon Rd. No reproduction will be accepted. Entry forms must be filled in completely. Entrants are allowed to complete ONLY one (1) official entry form at each of the three participating sponsor locations, as indicated above. All entries will be joined together prior to selecting a winner. Entrants may visit FOX TOYOTA, FOX CHEVROLET & FOX VOLKSWAGON and complete one (1) entry at each. VIOLATORS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. Entrants may not be a winner of any Scripps promotions within the past 30 days. Odds of winning are dependant on number of entries received.

Judging Criteria: A winner will be randomly selected by an employee of Sponsor(s), during Channel 7’s broadcast of the Rochester Hometown Christmas parade. Winner will be notified within 24 hours by telephone, at the number provided on the entry form. Winning is contingent upon compliance with/of all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Prizewinner must meet all State, Federal, and Lease Qualification set forth by each Dealers Group [indicate what these rules & restrictions are or where they can be reviewed.] Winners will comply with and agree to be bound by these rules and the decision of the sponsor(s) and judges, whose decisions are final.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted or hasn’t complied within fourteen (14) days after the first attempt to contact, no alternate entrants will be selected and prize will not be awarded.

Prizes: Winner will awarded a two (2) year auto lease for one of the following three 2007 promoted cars: a 2007 Volkswagen Jetta, a 2007 Toyota Camry, or a 2007 Chevy Impala.

Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made. If entrant does not qualify with the state recommendations, the prize will be forfeited. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner.

Terms and Conditions: Subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited. All paper entries will become the sole property of Sponsor(s) and none will be returned. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, event cancellation, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, including but not limited to lack of participation or eligible entrants to conduct as described in Rules, and/or acts which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor(s) reserve(s) the right in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for any reason, including tampering with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest at any time. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor(s) are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor(s) on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest. Sponsor(s) [is/are] not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries.
